The purpose of the message, visual, product or system dictates the design. I use design principles to make it stand out, be easily retained and simplify the design for the audience.

I offer services in information architecture, storytelling, and usability. I break down and chunk data to increase readability, and make information more accessible. Creating data visualizations and process diagrams to help visualize complex ideas. I simplify content to help reduce information overload and increase decision making.

I offer services in ethnographic research, storyboarding, prototyping and process mapping. Finding the main cause of a problem that is impacting teams or organizations all starts with the humans involved. I do my best to focus on the people first when looking for possible solutions to a problem. I love designing experiences to help people interact and operate within their environments.
